Pittsburgh Pedestrian Injuries – Watch Your Step

Car Accidents With Pedestrian Injuries

The summer months bring the opportunity for many outdoor activities. People are often engaged in activities that put them near to, or on street shoulders or roadways. Kids playing in the yards and on the sidewalks, construction workers, yard sales, cycling and jogging are just a few of the things that can bring people close to traffic. Sharing these lanes can be as dangerous as they are fun. Overzealous and impatient drivers can create dangerous situations for both the pedestrian and the driver. Accidents and injuries that stem from a pedestrian being hit by a car often leave victims seriously injured and/or permanently scarred.
